App uploads and transcript files are available for 30 days. API uploads and transcript files are available for 3 days.

API audit logs, credit records, orders, subscriptions, refunds, and other audit records may be retained for security, billing, support, and legal purposes. API audit logs do not include request bodies or sensitive media content.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information.

You may also request account closure. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
