Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions

Paid plans, credits, and subscription renewals are charged according to the pricing shown at checkout.

Transcription and API usage may consume credits based on the selected feature, file duration, and plan rules.

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Charges already incurred remain subject to our refund policy.

Accuracy and Availability

Transcription results may vary based on file quality, language, accent, background noise, and other factors.

You should review transcripts before using them for legal, medical, financial, or other important purposes.

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary during maintenance, high traffic, or operational incidents.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
