We want every purchase to be clear and fair. This policy explains when paid plans, subscriptions, or credits may be refunded.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
We may approve a refund when there is a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a material service issue that prevents normal use.
Non-Refundable Cases
Credits already used for successful transcription and subscription periods already consumed are generally non-refundable.
Requests made after the allowed window, or requests without enough payment details to verify the purchase, may be declined.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method or issued as account credits, depending on the purchase and review result.
